How to setup renewal reminder emails

Prerequisites

The following instructions require that you already have the Klaviyo Toolkit plugin for WooCommerce installed and activated.

Instructions

1. Create a new flow using the “WC Subscription Created” trigger event
   

2. Add a delay for 27 days

3. Add the email to remind them

4. Create another flow using the “WC Subscription Renewal” trigger event

5. Add a delay for 27 days

6. Add the email to remind them
